Illustrate Two Industrial Buildings

I’m preparing a loan submission for a pair of single-story, 40,000 sq ft light-industrial buildings and I need the visuals to sell the concept. Starting completely from scratch, I’d like an experienced illustrator to translate my verbal brief into:

• Two polished exterior perspective views that clearly convey massing, materials, parking and loading access
• A clean, presentation-ready site plan showing building footprints, circulation, setbacks and landscaping

The images must read well both on-screen and in printed handouts for the bank, so high-resolution files (PDF + layered source files—Illustrator, Photoshop or comparable) are essential. If you prefer working in SketchUp, Revit or similar and exporting to Illustrator, that works for me as long as the final artwork is editable.

I’ll supply the rough site dimensions and zoning notes on award; you’ll guide me through any additional details you need. Please include relevant portfolio pieces of industrial or commercial exteriors, note your typical turnaround, and outline how many rounds of tweaks are included in your fee.
