3D House Renderings

I am seeking a 3D rendering of the house's exterior, based on the drawings provided by my client. At this moment, interior 3D modeling is not necessary, although it may be needed in the future. I require 3D views for all four sides of the exterior, along with a basic 2D interior floor plan that includes measurements. The exterior walls should be painted grey, while the roof, doors, and window trim should be in black. Detailed finishes and 3D modeling will be necessary in a subsequent project once the initial rendering receives approval from the client.

The budget allocated for this initial project is $75 CAD.
