2D House Plan Exterior Render

I have complete 2-D architectural drawings for a house and need them translated into a clean 3-D exterior model that accurately reflects the specified materials. The job is strictly an exterior study—no interior detailing—so the focus is on getting the façade, rooflines, windows, doors and finishes looking right.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• High-resolution JPEG/PNG renders showing the front and side elevations
• Basic exterior level of detail (no interior cut-aways, furnishings or landscaping)
• Realistic material colours and textures that match the plans and schedule I’ll supply

I’ll provide the PDFs/DWG files, material notes and reference photos; you give back the final still images plus any native scene file you worked in, so I can request tweaks if needed. If you use SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, Revit or similar, just let me know—format is flexible as long as the delivered views arrive as crisp image files.

Turnaround within a few days would be ideal, and I’m happy to answer clarifying questions up front so there’s no back-and-forth later.
