House Interior & Exterior Renderings

I have the plans for a new single-family home and now need photorealistic images that help me visualize it before construction begins. For the exterior, I’m picturing a clean, Modern façade rendered in daylight with realistic materials, accurate landscaping, and balanced shadows. Indoors, I’d like a warm Traditional feel—think classic millwork, neutral paints, and timeless furnishings—captured in three key spaces: the living room, kitchen, and a sample bedroom.

Final images should be high-resolution, suitable for large-format print as well as web. If you normally work in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, or Blender, that’s perfect; just send me the native files alongside polished JPEG/PNG outputs so I can request tweaks if needed.

Deliverables
• 2 exterior render (Modern style)
• 3 interior renders (Traditional style: living room, kitchen, bedroom)
• Source files for each scene
• Up to two revision rounds to fine-tune lighting, textures, or angles
