House Floorplan & 3D Visuals

I’ll send you a full-length walk-through video of my home—inside and out—and I need you to turn that footage into an accurate, scaled floor plan of the entire house as well as a detailed 3-dimensional model. My goal is to explore and compare different remodeling ideas, so the drawings and renders have to be clear enough for me to spot layout changes, furniture shifts, and finish variations at a glance.

To keep the project useful down the line, please deliver:

• A clean, dimensioned floor plan (PDF plus the original editable CAD or BIM file).
• A complete 3D model that I can open in common software such as SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
• High-resolution still renderings of every room and the exterior from several angles.

Accuracy matters more than stylistic flair right now; I’m not tied to a particular aesthetic, I just need reliable geometry that I can hand to designers and contractors later. If you normally extract measurements from video, let me know what you’ll need from me—extra footage, reference photos, or any on-site measurements—to ensure the model is true to scale.

Once I see the first draft of the plan, I’m happy to give quick feedback so you can refine the model and produce the final renders.
