Hospital Flooring & Tiling 3D Visualization

I am commissioning a full set of pictorial layouts and photorealistic 3D renders for a new hospital fit-out. All seven flooring and tiling zones carry equal priority, so the workflow must cover them in tandem:

• Operation Theatre flooring
• Patient Room flooring
• Ward Corridor flooring
• Common Corridor flooring
• Vitrified floor zones
• Ceramic glazed wall-tile zones
• Ceramic matt floor-tile zones

For every zone I will supply the architectural plans and exact measurements. Your task is to translate those documents into:

1. Scaled, annotated layout drawings that spell out tile sizes, joint lines, patterns, and any cut pieces.
2. High-resolution 3D views that let the clinical team picture the final result before installation.

I am open on style and colour palette; the key goal is a hygienic, professional look that satisfies healthcare standards. If you have previous experience on hospital or laboratory interiors, please highlight it—showing that you understand slip ratings, cleaning regimes and infection-control detailing will put you ahead.

Typical toolchains such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape or similar are perfectly acceptable; just let me know what you intend to use so I can line up file exchanges smoothly.
