3D Home Theater Visualization

I’m working on a full-basement renovation and need a polished 3D visualization of the dedicated cinema space. You’ll start with my CAD floor plan (dimensions are locked in) and several inspiration photos from the homeowner. From there, the goal is to bring their vision to life, with the focus squarely on aesthetic details—especially the wall finishes and paneling that will define the room’s character.

Key style elements to weave into the model: wood-framed panels alternating with fabric sections, subtle LED track lighting recessed between those panels on both walls and ceiling, and two raked rows of recliners. Once the shell is built, please place all speakers in line with Dolby guidelines and position the projector and screen at the distances already noted on the plan.

I’ll share a supplemental checklist covering trim profiles, sconce style, carpet pattern, and any other items not visible in the photos. Expect at least one review round (possibly two) so the homeowners can fine-tune colors, lighting warmth, or trim depth after seeing your first renders.

Deliverables I need from you:
• Native 3D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender—your choice)
• Four high-resolution still images: front view, rear view, left and right angled perspectives
• A brief written rundown of finish materials used so I can match them in procurement
