Project Description:
I am a production builder specializing in residential single‑family homes. I have a completed floor plan (approx. 5,000 sq.ft) from my architect and am looking for an experienced 3D visualization professional or studio to support with exterior and interior rendering.

Scope of Work:
The project includes the following deliverables:
1. Three (3) High‑Quality 3D Front Elevations
Each elevation should be rendered in a distinct architectural style:
- Transitional
- Modern or Modern Tudor
- Mediterranean
2. One (1) Full 3D Video Rendering
A detailed video walkthrough that includes:
- Exterior (front, sides, rear, landscaping context)
- Interior (all major rooms, circulation spaces, and key design features)
- Smooth transitions, realistic lighting, and high‑quality materials
3. Build Files:
Must provide all source/build files used in the project, including but not limited to
- 3D model files (e.g., .max, .blend, .skp, .fbx, etc.)
- Texture files
- Lighting setups
- Project files for the rendering software used

What I Will Provide:
- Final floor plan (PDF/CAD)
- Reference inspiration images (if needed)
- Any additional architectural notes required

Requirements:
- Experience with residential architectural styles
- Ability to deliver photorealistic renders and smooth video walkthroughs
- Strong communication and willingness to do multiple iterations based on feedback
- Fixed‑price bids only — please submit your total project cost, not hourly rates
- Include samples of similar residential work in your proposal

Timeline:
We are on a tight schedule and will prioritize freelancers who can begin immediately and provide an estimated delivery timeline.
