High-Realism 3D Pool Rendering

I have a set of architectural plans for a new swimming pool and I’d like to see them come alive in a 3D rendering. The goal is simple: create a series of images that show the pool, deck, landscaping, and surrounding architecture exactly as it would look in real life—sunlight, reflections, shadows, textures, and all.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Translate the provided CAD/PDF drawings into a 3D model.
• Apply realistic materials to water, stone, tile, and any greenery noted in the plans.
• Set up natural daylighting so reflections and shadows feel believable.
• Render high-resolution stills suitable for large-format viewing on my personal display.

I’ll supply the plans plus any reference photos of finishes I’ve selected. If you prefer working in 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, or another comparable tool, that’s fine—just let me know so we can keep the source files consistent.

Acceptance criteria
• Final image(s) at minimum 4K resolution, JPG or PNG.
• Colors and materials match the samples I provide.
• Lighting realistically mimics midday sun with soft, natural shadows.
• One round of minor revisions included to fine-tune textures or camera angle.
