High-Quality Architectural Renderings Needed

I’m looking for a talented 3D artist who can turn my architectural plans into striking, photorealistic renderings. The goal is to communicate the design clearly and convincingly, so clean geometry, accurate materials, and believable lighting are essential.

You’ll receive CAD files and reference imagery from me; from there I’d like you to create exterior views that capture the building’s form, context, and atmosphere. If you feel additional shots—such as detailed close-ups, dusk lighting, or surrounding landscaping—would enhance the story, let’s discuss them. I’m flexible on the exact number of views as long as the final package covers the main elevations and gives a solid sense of scale.

Deliverables
• High-resolution JPEG or PNG renders suitable for large-format print and on-screen use
• Source files (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender or similar) with organized layers
• One round of revisions after the first draft to fine-tune materials, lighting, or camera angles
