High-End Architectural Renders & Photomontage

I have a complete architectural model ready and now need it brought to life through a set of photorealistic 3D renders and a few convincing photomontages. My plan is to present the project to a client, so each image must feel polished, atmospheric, and fully embedded in its real-world context.

Here is what I’m expecting:

• Two to three photomontages where the design is seamlessly placed into the site photos I’ll supply.
• Source files from SketchUp (or your preferred modeling software) alongside layered Photoshop files so I have flexibility for minor post-production tweaks.

You’ll get my SketchUp model, DWG plans, material references, and high-resolution site photographs on day one. Clear mark-ups will indicate the exact camera angles and lighting mood I’m after.

For acceptance, each deliverable should:
1. Match the provided camera angles without distortion.
2. Use real-world material textures that align with my reference palette.
3. Display natural lighting and realistic shadows that integrate with the supplied site photographs.
4. Arrive free of watermark at the agreed resolution and file format.
