High-Detail Retail Store Visualization
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an existing building layout plan—complete with accurate dimensions—for a new retail store. I need that plan transformed into photorealistic exterior renders that also show the neighboring structures, on-site parking, and a surrounding natural landscape.
Scope and expectations
• Exterior only: every façade, roofline, storefront window, sign, texture, and lighting effect should feel true-to-life.
• Adjacent context: model the two nearby buildings and the full parking area so the final images communicate how the store will sit within its surroundings.
• Natural landscape: include trees, shrubs, walkways, and any topographic variations to give the scene an inviting, organic feel.
Deliverables
1. At least three high-resolution still renders from varied angles (street-level, aerial, and human eye-level).
2. One dusk or night shot to demonstrate exterior lighting.
3. Native project file(s) from your preferred software—Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, Lumion, or similar—so we can adjust in-house later if needed.
I will supply:
• PDF and DWG of the layout, elevations, and key dimensions.
• Reference photos for material and color guidance.
Quality checklist
✓ Realistic materials, reflections, and shadows.
✓ Accurate proportioning to match the CAD drawings.
✓ Cohesive color grading across all images.
