High-Detail Home Interior Renders
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m building a two-storey residence and need photorealistic 3D visuals that capture a clean Modern style throughout the entire house. The goal is to see exactly how every room will look—lighting, materials, textures, furniture and décor—before any real-world purchases are made.
Scope
• Create high-detail, fully textured and properly lit renders for every interior space: living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, corridors and any connecting zones on both floors.
• Maintain a cohesive Modern aesthetic while allowing each room its own character through colour palettes, fixtures and soft furnishings.
• Provide multiple camera angles per room so I can review flow and sight-lines across levels.
• Supply final still images in high resolution (4K preferred) plus the source 3D files so I can request revisions or future updates.
Expectations
• Accurate scale based on the floor plans I’ll share.
• Realistic materials, reflections, shadows and daylight/night variations.
• Open communication for feedback rounds—initial draft, one main revision pass, then final polish.
