My team at Alpha Architects is wrapping up the construction set for a new development in Bangalore and I need a freelancer who can translate our CAD elevations into photorealistic exterior renders. This is not a marketing piece; the images will guide on-site execution, so accuracy in materials, lighting and surrounding context is critical.

You’ll receive the full architectural package—plans, elevations, and material schedules—along with reference photos of neighbouring structures. Using those, I expect:

• Three exterior perspectives (street-level, aerial, and close-up façade) rendered at 4K resolution
• Native working files (3ds Max, SketchUp or equivalent) plus high-quality JPEG/PNG outputs
• A daytime and an evening lighting pass that matches our specified lux levels
• Turnaround of the first draft within one week, with two revision rounds included

Final approval hinges on matching colours and textures to the material board we provide, maintaining scale fidelity, and producing crisp detailing for joints, reveals and facade articulation.
