High-Detail Exterior Home Renderings
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m ready to commission photorealistic, high-detail exterior renderings for the first 38 homes in our new neighborhood. You will receive full Revit models, an exterior-selections guide, and a spreadsheet that clearly notes the colour palette, stone or brick choice, door style, window package, and any other façade options assigned to each lot.

Scope
• Exterior only, front-view renderings.
• High level of detail—driveway, landscaping, street context, and realistic lighting must match the quality of the sample marketing image I’ll share.
Deliverables
1. One high-resolution (minimum 4K) JPEG and layered source file per home, ready for print and web.
2. A draft round for each batch of 5 homes so we can verify colours, materials, and entourage before you finalise textures and lighting.
3. Clean naming convention that corresponds to the lot numbers in my spreadsheet.
Acceptance criteria
• Colours, materials, and trims must precisely follow the selections guide.
• No geometry changes to the Revit model unless pre-approved.
• Final images should align with the sample’s realism and perspective.
I’m comfortable if you move the files into 3ds Max, Blender, or Lumion—as long as the end result is consistent, well-lit, and photorealistic. Once you confirm the workflow and schedule, I’ll provide the download links to the Revit files and selection documents so you can begin immediately.
