High-Detail Apartment 3D Visualization

I’m an interior designer finalising the concept for a full apartment and now need a trustworthy 3D specialist to turn my plans into rich, high-detail visualisations suitable for architectural coordination. You’ll receive measured drawings, mood boards, and material references from me; your job is to build the entire flat—living-kitchen zone, bedrooms, bathrooms, circulation spaces, even the balcony—so the model is dimension-true and ready for technical review.

Please work in whichever professional package you’re most comfortable with (SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, etc.) as long as the geometry stays clean, layers are organised, and I can open or import the result for further detailing myself.

Deliverables I need:
• Native 3D file + an exchange format (FBX or OBJ)
• 4–6 high-resolution stills showing key angles
• One shaded viewport export or simple walk-through clip to aid structural discussions

The finished visuals must reflect all specified finishes, lighting concepts, and built-in elements accurately enough for the architect to pull dimensions straight from the model.
