Ground Floor 3D Exterior Renders

I’m looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a photorealistic exterior model of a single-storey building based on my floor plan. The design should be clean and modern, using glass, concrete, and subtle metal accents in neutral tones (whites, greys, light beige).

Scope:
• Full building coverage (all four elevations)
• Accurate geometry as per plan
• Realistic materials and lighting

Deliverables:
• Native 3D model file (SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender / Revit)
• 4 high-resolution (4K) renders – front, back, left, right
• PDF with material and colour specifications
