60x60 Granite Display Render

I have sketched out a compact 60 ft × 60 ft display yard for granite slabs that uses three shipping containers as both inventory storage and showroom walls, with an additional 40 ft × 40 ft covered shelter formed from another container frame. I now need clean, modern-style visualizations that will help investors and municipal reviewers understand the concept.

What I’m after:
• One photo-real hero view of the entire lot set in a simple paved parking-lot environment—daytime lighting, realistic shadows, and enough texture so the granite patterns read clearly.
• A complementary set of sketch-style drawings (axon or loose linework) that communicates layout and scale without heavy textures, suitable for quick markup.
• Plan and elevation sheets showing container placement, shelter footprint, and key dimensions.

“Moderate detail” is the sweet spot: accurate proportions, believable materials, but no need to model every bolt. Software is your choice—SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, Lumion, Revit, or similar—as long as you can deliver high-resolution PNG/JPEG images plus editable source files for future tweaks.

Acceptance criteria
• All four containers correctly located and sized (3 for display/storage, 1 shelter).
• Overall yard and shelter dimensions match 60 × 60 ft and 40 × 40 ft respectively.
• Modern design language evident in finishes, color palette, and lighting.
• Paved-lot context only; no surrounding streetscape needed.
• Final renders delivered in 4K resolution; native files supplied on approval.
