Garage Positioning & 3D Site Visualization

Job ID: 40196777

Budget: $100 – $325 CAD

I already have the cadastral site plan, the house dimensions, full garage plans, and a set of site photos ready to share. What I need now is a clear, scaled‐correct layout that shows how a new detached garage sits on the lot when it is angled to the house rather than placed parallel or perpendicular.

Scope
• Import the supplied site plan and bring it to true scale.
• Test two or three angled placements of the garage (we will fine-tune the exact degree together once the model is set up). The massing must respect the real proportions between the existing house and the new structure.
• Sketch a practical circular driveway that lets cars enter, loop in front of the house/garage, and exit without reversing. The concept can stay simple—gravel and decorative rock with a single centerpiece tree are enough.
• Produce a basic 3D massing model—no photorealistic texturing required, just clean geometry that clearly communicates volumes.

Deliverables
1. A top-view site plan in PDF that shows the selected garage orientation and the roundabout driveway.
2. Two to four lightweight 3D views (one aerial, the rest eye-level perspectives) exported as high-resolution JPEG or PNG.

This work is purely for design validation; no permit documentation or formal stamping is needed. If you prefer SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or another mainstream modeling tool, that’s fine—just share an editable file along with the images so I can adjust later if required.

Let me know your estimated turnaround and which software you’d like to use, and I’ll forward the reference files right away.
