Full-Home 3D Interior Visuals

I’m refreshing an entire private residence and need photorealistic 3-dimensional visuals that capture a modern, warm aesthetic. The scope spans every room—living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, baths, circulation spaces, even the entry—so I can final-check layouts, finishes, and lighting before committing to construction.

What I will supply
• Floor plans with measurements
• Mood boards and reference images that define the “modern warm” vibe (natural timbers, muted earth tones, layered textures, soft indirect lighting)
• A preliminary FF&E list with preferred furniture brands and fixture codes based on suppliers I provide.

What I need from you
• High-resolution still renders for each space, staged with the proposed furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• One consolidated FF&E schedule matching the visuals, including item thumbnails, specifications, and sourcing links
• Native 3D files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) plus flattened JPEG/PNG images for quick review
• Up to two rounds of revisions per room to fine-tune colours, materials, or layout tweaks

Acceptance criteria
1. Lighting and material realism comparable to V-Ray/Corona standards.
2. All specified FF&E pieces accurately placed and labelled.
3. Final images delivered at minimum 4K resolution, ready for client presentations and contractor coordination.
