Full Architectural 3D Render Package

You’ll build a photorealistic, fully-detailed 3D model that covers every corner of the project inside and out. The end goal is architectural visualization, so materials, lighting, furnishings, and exterior landscaping all need to read as life-like when zoomed in or viewed from afar. Speed is critical—I’d like first previews within a few days and the polished final shortly after.

Deliverables
• Native scene file (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) with clean, organized layers
• At least four exterior and four interior 4K PNG/JPG renders ready for presentation
• All linked textures, HDRIs, and proxy assets packaged for hand-off

Acceptance criteria
• Geometry remains optimized and free of visible artefacts in close-ups
• Materials replicate real-world references I’ll supply
• Balanced day and night lighting without blown highlights or excessive noise
• Final images render cleanly at 4K resolution
