Floorplan layout
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m developing a futuristic high-rise and need a comprehensive 3D package—both the striking hi-tech façade and the full interior layout. The model must be fully dressed with realistic materials, lighting, furniture, and décor so I can drop it straight into presentations and VR walkthroughs.
Scope
• Exterior: signature tower skin, structural rhythm, lighting accents, and animated façade elements where appropriate.
• Interior: every floor modeled with accurate partitions, circulation cores, furniture, and decorative details that match the building’s tech-forward aesthetic.
• Documentation: clean, dimensioned floor plans and reflected ceiling plans that correspond exactly to the 3D model.
Deliverables
1. Native scene file (Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp) plus exchange formats (FBX/OBJ).
2. A set of high-resolution still renders—day and night exteriors, two lobby angles, and one typical floor.
3. Short fly-through or turntable animation (20–30 sec MP4) for quick review.
4. PDF sheets of all plans, neatly annotated and scaled for printing.
5. A brief hand-off guide so future teams can update materials and lighting.
Timeline
I need first draft visuals within the next few days and the complete package delivered as soon as feasibly possible; speed is critical, but accuracy cannot slip.
If you have a portfolio that showcases sleek, tech-inspired towers or complex interior fit-outs, I’m eager to see it. Let’s bring this vision to life fast.
