Fast 3D Apartment Renders

I have a small apartment project that now needs photorealistic visuals within the next 48 hours. Two parts are involved:

• Interior: one living room and one bedroom, both in a clean Modern style. In the living room I need the furniture arrangement to read clearly in the render, so layout accuracy is essential—sofa orientation, coffee-table spacing, traffic flow, and sight-lines to the TV wall must all feel natural.
• Exterior: two hero views of the building façade that match the interior palette and lighting mood.

I will supply floor plans, elevations, and reference images as soon as you are onboarded. Please model, texture, light, and render; software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, or similar is fine so long as the end result looks crisp and realistic.

Deliverables (all due in 48 hours from award)
1. High-resolution JPG/PNG stills:
– 2 interior views of the living room
– 1 interior view of the bedroom
– 2 exterior views of the building
2. Editable source file(s) with all textures linked
3. Quick-turn review round and final revised renders if needed
