Exterior 3D Visualization Project

I need a complete exterior 3D model of my architectural concept, finished to a moderate level of detail and fully textured so I can present it to planning stakeholders and investors. The massing, materials, and main landscape elements should read clearly and feel believable, but it does not have to reach full‐blown photorealism—think solid, well-lit marketing visuals rather than glossy magazine shots.

Here is what I expect:
• A clean, well-organized 3D file (any mainstream package such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender is fine; just let me know which one you prefer).
• Textured materials applied to façades, windows, roofs, and primary site features.
• Two to three high-resolution still renders from agreed camera angles in daylight.

Please keep polygon counts reasonable so future edits remain easy. I can supply PDF plans, elevations, and reference photos as soon as we kick off.
