Exterior Renderings for Home Marketing

I’m preparing marketing collateral for a new single-family residence that will be promoted in both North America and India, and I need photorealistic exterior 3D renderings that immediately capture attention.

What I already have
– Fully developed architectural drawings in PDF/CAD
– Material and colour schedules, plus mood references for the look I’m after

What I need from you
• High-resolution, photoreal exterior images (at least 5,000 px on the long edge) covering the main front façade, a rear garden view, and one 45-degree aerial perspective
• Daytime and dusk lighting versions to suit print brochures, web banners, and social platforms
• Native scene files (3ds Max + V-Ray, Corona, or Blender/Cycles) along with all textures so my team can generate future angles in-house
• Two rounds of minor revisions for tweaks to finishes, landscaping, or sky backdrop

Acceptance criteria
– Materials and proportions must match the supplied drawings and schedules precisely
– Final JPG/TIFF files free of watermark, colour-accurate, and ready for both CMYK print and RGB online use
– Scene optimised so it opens without missing assets or errors
