Exterior 3D House Visualization
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need a clean, lightweight 3-D model that combines my site grading plan with the basic exterior massing of a single-family house. The purpose is design visualization, so I’m focused on seeing overall form, roof lines, and how the building sits on the contoured ground rather than detailed textures or interior spaces.
What I’ll supply
• 2-D site plan showing proposed grades and spot elevations
• PDF or DWG exterior elevations and floor plans with key dimensions
What I’d like back
• A native model file (SketchUp, Revit, or similar—use whichever you work fastest in) that shows:
– Accurate terrain based on the grading plan
– House exterior only, modeled to correct scale with openings, roof slopes, and major façade features
• A way to pan zoom around the 3d model.
Acceptance check
If the model imports at the right origin, matches the provided elevations within one foot vertically, and the house footprint aligns to the grade, the job is done.
Keep geometry simple—no heavy textures, landscaping, or interiors are required. A quick turn-around is appreciated; just let me know your estimated hours and file format preference at the start so I can prep support files accordingly.
