Exterior CGI for Planning Approval

I have a full set of architects’ existing and proposed plans and now need a high-quality exterior CGI that clearly communicates the design intent for our planning-permission submission. The render must focus on the building structure itself—the form, materials, and key architectural details have to read instantly to planning officers—while still sitting naturally in its setting.

You will receive PDF drawings, elevations, and material notes. From those, I expect one photorealistic daytime view (JPEG + original 3D source file) at a resolution suitable for A3 print and online upload. If you work in 3ds Max, SketchUp + V-Ray, Lumion, or a similar pipeline, that’s perfect as long as the end result looks consistent with the drawings and accurately scales every dimension.

Please allow for one round of mark-ups so I can verify that massing, window proportions, and cladding match the proposed plans before you finalise lighting, textures, and post-production.
