Enhance Floor Plans & create Renderings of my 3D more appealing

I already have the clean floor plans and 3D models ready; what I’m missing is the visual punch. I want each drawing to pick up a sophisticated wine-and-olive-green palette, and I need the plans themselves overlaid with realistic wood, stone, and tile textures so potential buyers immediately feel the material quality.

For the 3D views, please re-render or retouch them so the materials match the updated plans and the lighting feels inviting—think balanced daylight with soft, warm accents rather than the flat default output most software produces. I’m happy to share the native model files (DWG, SKP, RVT or FBX—whichever you prefer) along with reference photos that show the exact color tone I’m after.

Deliverables I need back:
• High-resolution, textured floor-plan images (print-ready PDF + web JPG/PNG)
• Polished, photo-realistic renderings that echo the new palette and textures
• Source files with your material and lighting adjustments intact, so I can tweak if needed later

The project timeline is comfortable—anything within the next month works for me—but I’d appreciate a quick preview early on so we can lock the color balance before you go into full production.
