Educational Plantation 3D Walkthrough

Job ID: 40478685

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a photorealistic 3D walkthrough that lets viewers explore my commercial flower plantation as if they were physically on-site. The primary goal is educational, so every camera move should teach something new rather than simply impress visually.

Scope of the tour
• Begin outside the premises, showing how a visitor would approach and enter the farm.
• Move through the main growing zones, giving a clear sense of the overall layout and scale.
• Pause at key points to illustrate how the irrigation system feeds each bed; pipes, emitters, and water flow must be visible in action.
• Focus on plant rows long enough for viewers to observe foliage detail and colour. A short macro shot on one bloom is welcome, but the priority is conveying the system, not only beauty.
• Conclude with a bird’s-eye sweep that ties all sections together.

Educational layer
Instead of voiceover, insert concise text overlays that pop up whenever something important appears on screen (e.g., “Drip line delivers 1 L/hr” or “Shading net 60% density”). Keep them readable and on brand; I will supply exact wording after the first draft.

Technical expectations
• 1080p or higher final render (4K preferred if your workflow supports it).
• Soft background ambience can remain, but no spoken narration.
• Deliver both the final video (MP4 or MOV) and the source scene files so future updates are possible.

Acceptance criteria
1. Smooth, continuous camera path with no jarring cuts.
2. All listed features visibly demonstrated.
3. Text overlays timed and proof-read.
4. Two rounds of revisions included after the first preview.

Please let me know which software you plan to use (Blender, 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, etc.) along with any questions you may have about the plantation’s CAD drawings, photos, or branding guidelines.
