I'm seeking a skilled 3D architectural visualizer to create stunning aerial views for an eco-friendly village project. The project spans approximately 0.44 sq.km (44 hectares) and is already subdivided with internal roadways. A CAD file (DWG format) will be provided.
3D Architectural Model Animation
This proposal covers the complete 3D visualization of an eco-friendly project spanning ~44 hectares, which includes 539 residential plots, internal roadways, landscaping, and central community amenities — using the provided CAD layout as the foundation.
The final output will include high-resolution renders and a smooth cinematic flythrough animation showcasing the project's spatial and lifestyle vision.
3-stage work scope
1. The test task involves creating a three-dimensional model of approximately 10,000 sq. m., along with a 10-15-second animated video. The model should include 4 residential plots, a road section, a green zone, playgrounds, and a swimming pool (see attached “Schematic Image”).
2. This proposal covers the complete 3D modeling of an eco-friendly development project spanning approximately 44 hectares, based on the provided CAD layout. The scope includes the creation of a fully detailed 3D model in appropriate professional software, incorporating all specified components: 539 residential plots, internal roadways, landscaping, and central community amenities, commercial and infrastructure buildings, swimming pools, canals, and other relevant features. Upon completion, the 3D model will be delivered in its final form, reviewed jointly with the Client, and any identified deficiencies will be addressed and corrected.
3. The final output will include high-resolution renders and a smooth cinematic flythrough animation showcasing the project's spatial and lifestyle vision.
