I need four high-quality, photorealistic still renders to showcase my duplex (dwellings 2 and 3 on the plans) as soon as possible. The views I want are:

• Kitchen
• Master bedroom
• Main bathroom
Materials, colours and finishes are already fixed, so the modelling has to match the specification below with pinpoint accuracy.

Brickwork (Austral Industrial Iron Alloy)

Windows: Aluminium, Black Night Sky
Roofing & metalwork (fascia, gutters, downpipes, flashings): Dover White

File output has to be high-resolution, ready for client presentation, and delivered alongside the working scene files so any late tweaks can be handled in-house.
