Double-Storey 3D Visualization
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a full set of photorealistic visuals for a two-storey house. The scope covers both the exterior and the interior, with special emphasis on a modern-style living room and kitchen.
Deliverables
• 3–4 daylight exterior renders plus one dusk shot that showcases façade lighting.
• 5–6 interior renders highlighting the living room and kitchen—furniture, finishes, and lighting must reflect a clean modern aesthetic.
• A 60–90 second 1080p (or higher) video walkthrough that starts curb-side, moves through the main entrance, explores both floors, dwells in the living room and kitchen, and finishes with an aerial sweep.
• Native project files (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar), along with high-resolution PNG/JPG stills and the final MP4 video.
I’ll provide DWG/PDF plans, elevations, and reference photos once we begin. Model all architectural elements accurately, match materials to the references, and stage the interior so it feels lived-in yet uncluttered. Two rounds of revisions are included for tweaks to colours, furnishings, or camera paths.
When complete, I expect presentation-ready renders, the edited walkthrough (with subtle background music if you can add it), and all source files.
