Dormitory Furniture 3D Visualization

I’m preparing a presentation for a student-housing client and need a concise 3D scene that showcases our proposed dorm room layout. Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Model three furniture pieces—a bed, desk, and wardrobe—built strictly to the exact dimensions I will supply.
• Keep the aesthetic practical and dormitory-appropriate (think clean lines and durable finishes rather than ornate detailing).
• Assemble the items in a single room mock-up so the client can see how they fit together spatially.
• Apply simple but realistic materials and lighting that communicate scale and usability without ballooning render times.
• Deliver high-resolution stills (at least 1920×1080) from two or three key camera angles, plus the editable source files (preferably in Blender, 3ds Max, or SketchUp—whichever you work best in).
