Detailed House Fly-Through Rendering
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a fully modelled two-storey 400m2 house and pool in Revit and now need a polished fly-through video that moves seamlessly around and through the entire property—front approach, exterior elevations, then room-by-room interiors—capturing every architectural element, fixture, and furnishing in crisp, photo-real quality.
The Revit file is ready to share along with a schedule that marks out proposed camera keyframes; feel free to refine the path for smoother storytelling if you wish. I will also forward a material and finishes package (flooring, stone, joinery colours, lighting specs, fabric swatches) so the render accurately reflects what is being built.
Lighting should read naturally through day-lit sequences, with balanced interiors that avoid blown-out windows or dark corners. Reflections, bump maps and subtle depth-of-field will help sell realism, but please keep any post-production tasteful and not over-graded.
Deliverables
• One high-resolution video file (mp4 or similar) suitable for client presentation, minimum 1080p; 4K preferred if render time allows.
• Still frame grabs of key viewpoints that can double as marketing imagery.
• Source scene/setup files so I can request tweaks later without starting from scratch.
I’m happy to answer any technical questions about the Revit model before you dive in and can review a low-res draft to confirm pacing, focal points and material accuracy before the final render.
