Dental Office Photorealistic Exterior Rendering
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hi,
I'm building a new single-story commercial dental office (front retail/storefront style) and need a photorealistic exterior rendering of the front (and ideally side) elevation, based on my approved architectural drawing.
I have a dimensioned elevation drawing (PDF) showing the exact layout, materials, and colors:
Main wall: oyster-white modular brick with a subtle flecked texture
Stone veneer accent (at entry tower): granite-tone ledgestone, warm beige/gray
Storefront window and door framing: black aluminum, full glass storefront
Awning band above windows: black aluminum
Roofline trim (parapet coping): white metal
Base band near ground level: light limestone-colored precast
Illuminated sign area at the entry tower
A few questions before I order:
Can you work from my PDF elevation drawing to match the actual proportions, window spacing, and entry tower height — not a generic building?
Do you need a DWG/CAD file instead, or is the PDF enough for an accurate result?
How many revisions are included in your package?
What's your typical turnaround time?
I'd like a daytime, photorealistic, eye-level street view of the front elevation, with light landscaping and a parking lot in the foreground. I can share the full drawing once we connect.
