Delhi Residential Architecture & Interior
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
This is a single-floor residential project in Delhi for which I already have an accurate CAD layout. What I now need is a full architectural and interior design package executed in a classic style, developed all the way from concept through construction documents.
Scope of work
• Translate the supplied CAD file into polished 2D plans, elevations and sections.
• Develop photorealistic 3D views and, if feasible, a short walkthrough that captures the classic character I’m after.
• Produce complete working drawings ready for contractors, including electrical, plumbing and reflected ceiling plans.
• Design the interiors for the entire floor—living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, corridors, everything—aligned with the specific themes I will share.
Key notes
– Classic aesthetic is non-negotiable; think balanced proportions, understated detailing and timeless finishes.
– I already have a mood board and references for the themes, so expect clear direction from day one.
– A Delhi-based architect or designer is preferred because site visits may be required as the project progresses, but remote collaboration is possible if you have a reliable way to coordinate measurements and revisions quickly.
– All final files must be delivered in both editable (DWG, SKP/3DS/etc.) and presentation-ready (PDF/JPEG/MP4) formats.
