Deep Learning-based Human Body and Clothing Recognition in Python

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Python freelancer to assist in the creation of an innovative, three-stage deep learning project inspired by GitHub repositories. This project will focus on the identification and interpretation of human bodies and clothing through Python-based scripts and models.

The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive pipeline to:

- Extract relevant insights from targeted GitHub repositories;
- Implement or adapt those ideas in our specific context of understanding the human body and clothing;
- Run these scripts locally to produce actionable results.

As part of the project, we envision engaging discussions and collaborations where you, the freelancer, will work closely with us to brainstorm, analyze and decide the optimal path forward. While we do have some preliminary ideas, we highly encourage you to challenge them and bring your own innovative thoughts to the table.

The final deliverable will be a set of Python scripts and accompanying data files, which can be run locally. It should be a fully-fledged, stand-alone solution with a single entry point leading to a single final result.

To be successful, you will need to have:
- Proficient understanding of Python and Deep Learning frameworks;
- Experience with image and object recognition
- Experience with 3D mesh/point-cloud manipulation and analysis in Python;
- Prior experience in Human Body and Clothing recognition tasks (preferred but not mandatory);
- Strong ability to analyze, adapt and implement ideas from existing codebases;
- Excellent communication skills for team discussions and collaborative decision-making processes.
