Custom Interior CGI Room Renders

I’m launching a new interiors venture and I need 5–10 photorealistic CGI scenes that showcase the products I’ll supply via online links. The rooms are a mix of living rooms and bedrooms, and I’d like each one to feel unique—some modern, some traditional, perhaps even an industrial touch where it fits.

You’ll receive:
• A folder of product URLs, inspiration images and rough layout notes for each space.
• Prompt feedback so we can keep the creative flow moving.

What I need back:
• High-resolution still renders (4K preferred) for each room, at least two angles per space.
• Source files so minor tweaks can be made in-house later.
• A short summary of the lighting, materials and software versions you’ve used for consistency across future projects.

Everything has to be wrapped up within a month, so please factor time for one round of revisions into your schedule. If this timeline and scope suit your workflow, I’d love to see examples of similar living room or bedroom renders you’ve produced and hear which tools—3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, Unreal, or others—you’re most comfortable with.
