3D Crimping in Transformer Comparison Animation

I need a short, highly accurate 3D animation video that demonstrates Punching Crimping versus conventional Hexagonal Crimping on the conductor leads of high-power transformers. The video will be viewed by our engineering team for internal analysis, so the focus must stay on geometry, force flow, and contact area rather than on any surrounding environment.

You will receive drawings, material specs, and still photos of both crimp tools. From those references, please model the conductors, dies, and resulting cross-sections with clean, realistic textures (copper, press tools, insulation) but omit backgrounds or plant scenery. A cut-away or exploded view that pauses long enough to inspect deformation is essential, and clear labels or subtle call-outs are welcome if they help convey what is happening.

Deliverables
• A 3D animation video (1080p or higher, 60–90 s, .mp4 or .mov) ready within 1/1.5 week
• All native project files so we can make minor tweaks later (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, SolidWorks Visualize—whatever you prefer)

Accuracy is critical; the crimp profiles have to match the drawings within tolerances, and relative scaling between the two methods must remain identical so our engineers can compare them frame by frame. If anything in the reference package is unclear, ask before you animate—clarity now will save revisions later.
