Creative Rooftop 3D Visualization

I need a full 3D concept of my rooftop floor so I can experiment with different ways to use the space. The model must cover only the living room, three bedrooms, and a garden-style outdoor terrace; bathrooms and a kitchen are not part of this job. More than anything I value creativity, so feel free to suggest bold layouts, unexpected connections between indoor and outdoor areas, and distinctive material or lighting ideas that could make the rooftop feel like a signature part of the home.

Deliverables
• A detailed 3D model in the tool you prefer (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, etc.)
• High-resolution still renders that let me clearly see each proposed layout
• At least two alternative arrangements so I can compare flow and furniture placement
• Source files plus OBJ/FBX export and the final PNG/JPEG images
