Creative Hub 3D Interior Visualization

I need a full set of interior 3D renderings that bring our future 6,000-sq-ft creative hub to life for investors and partners. You will be working from the attached 2-D plan and translating it into photoreal visuals that clearly show flow, atmosphere, and branding for each area.

The layout is fixed, with seven distinct suites:
• Venue space: “SetApart Haven”
• Commercial kitchen: “Island Eatery”
• Design & production workshop: “Design Doctor” + “Prop Hub”
• Photography & content suite: “Peculiar Vbyz”
• Music studio & classroom wing: “Cultural High”
• Small conference room
• One flexible, currently empty suite

Scope
• Model the full floorplate to scale, including corridors, shared facilities, and basic MEP elements where exposed.
• Apply textures, materials, lighting, furnishings, and signage that feel contemporary yet adaptable—I’m open to your creative direction on style and colour.
• Produce high-resolution stills: at least one hero view per suite, two wide shots that capture overall circulation, and a birds-eye axon or cutaway of the entire hub.
• Optional but appreciated: a short, slow-walkthrough MP4 (30–45 sec) and the editable source file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).

Acceptance Criteria
• Dimensions match the attached plan within a 2 % tolerance.
• Lighting reads naturally, with clear differentiation between work areas and social zones.
• Branding elements for each suite appear in at least one frame.
• Final images delivered in both PNG (print-ready, 300 dpi) and compressed JPG (web, 72 dpi).
