Corporate Event Room Renderings

I’m designing a corporate event space and now need photorealistic 3D interior and exterior visuals that capture the design and utilize products in the event "look book".

Here’s what I need from you:
• Detailed, high-quality still renders (4K JPEG/PNG) of the main event room from several key angles—including a wide hero shot and at least one overhead perspective.
• A clean, well-organized source file (3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp or similar—your choice) so I can request tweaks or hand it off to my build team.
• Up to two reasonable revision rounds to fine-tune lighting, material finishes and décor details.


Please briefly outline your workflow, preferred software, the time you’ll need for the initial draft, and a few portfolio pieces that prove you can deliver this level of realism. Let’s bring this space to life together.
