Conceptual Design for Fictional Luxury Manor
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Project Brief: Conceptual Design of a Fictional Luxury Manor
I am seeking a creative designer/architectural visualizer to help bring to life the fictional residence at the heart of my story: The Manor. This project is not a real-world build — it’s entirely conceptual, created to help me visualize and refine my writing and worldbuilding.
The Vision
The Manor should feel imposing yet elegant, with a silhouette that is intimidating and awe-inspiring. Inside, it flows openly and seamlessly, avoiding boxy clichés, instead emphasizing shapes, light, and atmosphere. The style blends sleek modern minimalism with industrial-luxury touches: think white marble, steel, and glass sculpted into unexpected forms.
Layout Overview (Concept Only)
Lower Basement
Showcase-worthy 20-car garage (functional yet designed to elicit a “whoa”).
10 light-proof bedrooms (6m x 6m), each with walk-in robes and ensuites (shower + spa bath).
5 flexible themed rooms (designer can propose ideas).
A fully equipped medical centre (2 exam rooms, recovery area, secure medical storage).
Upper Basement
15 bedrooms (6m x 6m), each with walk-in robes and ensuites.
Large communal living area.
Home theatre (40 seats) optimized for comfort and intimacy (recliners, cuddle spaces, even beds for “movie nights”).
Gym, two kitchens, and a large dining room.
Ground Floor
10 bedrooms (6m x 6m), each with walk-in robes and ensuites.
Two large living areas.
Two kitchens with dining spaces.
A formal dining room to seat 30 guests.
Designed as a balance between private living and guest-welcoming communal spaces.
Penthouse / Second Floor
Master Suite (10m x 10m) with two walk-in robes and ensuite (double showers, two-person spa bath).
Two offices (6m x 6m).
Full kitchen, dining area, and private lounge.
Styled as an intimate retreat for two, not a public showpiece.
Style & Atmosphere
A blend of luxury and minimalism, with openness and connection at the core.
Materials: white marble with steel and glass accents.
Mood: elegant, flowing, and cinematic — designed to inspire awe while still feeling lived-in.
Deliverables
Floorplans (simple but clear layouts of all levels).
Optional 3D renders and/or concept art to bring the Manor’s atmosphere, style, and silhouette to life.
Essential Instructions (to filter bots)
Please include the word Greyson somewhere in your proposal to confirm you’ve read this brief.
Answer this: Which of The Manor’s four levels excites you most to design, and why?
Who I’m Looking For
A creative with a passion for conceptual design, architectural visualization, or worldbuilding.
Someone who enjoys bringing fictional spaces to life through sketches, renders, or layout maps.
A professional who can take written descriptions and turn them into something visually striking and immersive.
This project is purely fictional and conceptual. The goal is to create visual aids (floorplans, 3D renders, and/or concept art) that will help me describe The Manor more vividly in my story. If you love imaginative, boundary-pushing design, this will be a fun and creative collaboration.
