Comprehensive Whole-House Architectural Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m taking my new-build from concept to construction and need an architect who can deliver a full, well-coordinated project package. The priority is a detailed architectural design for the entire house, but I also want the plumbing and electrical engineering to be seamlessly integrated so the contractor has everything in one place.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
Structural engineering detailed plan design. I want my house to be constructed on pillars and beams
• Architectural drawings: dimensioned floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plan, and a schedule of doors, windows, and finishes
• Coordinated MEP: high-level plumbing and electrical layouts aligned with the architecture so clashes are avoided before we hit site
• 3D visualization: exterior and key interior perspectives so I can sign off on look and feel early
Deliverables must be in DWG/PDF for the technical sheets and a shareable 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or similar). Accuracy to standard building codes is essential, and the files need to be cleanly layered so my local engineer can pick them up if extra checks are required.
