Complete 4-Story Home Remodel Layout
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I already have a full 3-D scan of my 3,200 sq ft, four-storey house and now need an architect or interior designer who can turn that scan into a cohesive remodeling layout. The goal is a five-bedroom, four-bath traditional-style home that feels fresh and timeless, guided by a calm, neutral palette. Because I’m renovating every level, I’m looking for a space-planning expert who can rethink bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, circulation, storage, and any other core areas so the whole house functions smoothly.
You’ll receive the scan files and measurements up front. From there I expect:
• Updated floor plans for all four levels, showing walls to keep or move, clear bedroom and bathroom counts, and furniture placement that respects traditional proportions.
• A refined 3-D model (or set of renders) illustrating material suggestions and neutral-tone finishes so I can visualise the completed look.
• A brief schedule of key materials and fixture ideas that complement a traditional aesthetic.
I’m happy to collaborate on iterations until the flow, look, and practicality all line up. If you have experience working from point-cloud data or existing 3-D scans, and you love translating them into build-ready layouts, I’d like to get started right away.
