Commercial Retail 3D Render

I’d like a 3D visual of a commercial retail exterior that shows a new wall being added to the existing shell. The goal is to let stakeholders see exactly how the fencing wall around the commercial structure along with 2 gates and a nameplate highlights the property.

You’ll receive the current floor plan, reference photos, and a 3D of the project. From there I’m looking for:
• One high-resolution still from at least two camera angles (front entrance and mid-store aisle).
• The editable source file in the software you use—whether that’s 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, or SketchUp + Enscape—so I can tweak colours later if needed.

Key points to show clearly: material on the new wall, how it meets the ceiling grid, and how lighting reflects off it. Please match the existing finishes I supply or suggest close alternatives if a texture isn’t available.

I’ll review a clay draft first, request any tweaks, then sign off on the final render.
