Commercial 3D Rendering Specialist

I'm seeking a CAD designer to create an appropriate scale boundary site plan for APN 3066-011-033 in Los Angeles County, California, highlighting the acreage that is located in CRU zoning (about 2 acres) vs A2 zoning (about 9). I'd like two versions, one with the existing buildings and the other without. Must have deliverable in CAD and PDF formats, so we can use as a starting point for development design.
