Commercial Presentation 3D Renderings

I need a set of photorealistic 3D visuals that clearly communicate the architectural intent of a new commercial building. These images will be used strictly for an architectural presentation—so accuracy to the CAD plans, crisp detailing, and a professional finish are essential.

You will start from my DWG drawings, reference photos, and a brief style board, then build a full-scale, textured model. I’m looking for daylight and dusk exterior shots plus one key interior space to round out the story. Please work in the software you are most comfortable with—3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, SketchUp + Enscape, Lumion, or equivalent—so long as the output feels realistic and presentation-ready.

Because the deadline is ASAP, communication and interim previews are crucial. I’d like to review clay renders first, then move to draft textures/lighting before you produce the final high-resolution PNGs (at least 4K on the longest side).

Deliverables
• Fully textured 3D model (native format and FBX)
• Minimum three exterior stills and one interior still (4K)
• Optional 10–15 sec fly-through if time permits
• All supporting textures and lighting files neatly organised
