Commercial Interiors & Site 3D Render

I have a commercial building design that now needs to be communicated clearly to clients and investors through a set of photorealistic 3D renders. The brief is focused on two key components: detailed interior spaces and the overall site layout surrounding the building.

Scope
• Model or refine the interior fit-out, lighting, furnishings, and material finishes so every room reads as finished and lifelike.
• Visualise the site layout—access roads, parking, hard-landscaping, and any immediate context—to show how the building sits in its environment.

File Expectations
• High-resolution stills (minimum 4K) from agreed camera angles.
• Source file in the native format you build in (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar) so my team can make minor tweaks later.
• A lightweight, real-time model or panorama is a plus if your workflow allows.

I will supply CAD plans, elevations, and reference mood boards as soon as we start. Accurate geometry, realistic PBR materials, and balanced lighting will be the main success factors. Please estimate a realistic turnaround and flag any additional information you need up front so we can keep revisions to a minimum.
