Commercial Bathroom Photorealistic Render
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a photorealistic 3D visual of a small commercial bathroom that I can place straight into a client presentation. Every part of the room must read as if it were already built, so please model and light with real-world accuracy in mind. Please be able to read floor plans and elevations.
Scope
• Fixtures & fittings: sinks, taps, WC, grab bars, accessories—model to the exact dimensions on the schedule I’ll supply.
• Tiles & flooring: replicate the pattern, grout line thickness, and sheen specified in the product sheets I’ll send.
• Lighting: natural feel is important, but the focus is on how it reveals material textures rather than on dramatic effects.
Materials
I have a defined palette for all metals, ceramics, stone, and paint. You’ll receive colour codes, texture references, and finish notes at kickoff, and those must be matched precisely.
Deliverables
1. Two high-resolution stills (minimum 4000 px on the long edge) from agreed camera angles.
2. The native scene file (3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, or similar), organised and layer-named.
3. A short revision round for minor tweaks to colour or camera positioning after my client review.
Acceptance criteria
The renders should be indistinguishable from on-site photography when viewed at 100 % zoom, with all specified materials clearly identifiable and no geometry or texture artifacts.
Timing is flexible within reason, though an initial draft a few days after asset handover will help keep the presentation on track. Let me know which software you prefer and any questions you have about the spec sheets, and we can get started right away.
